Milwood in northwest Austin is one of Austin’s preferred older neighborhoods. Conveniently located south of W. Parmer Lane, north of Research Blvd. and west of N. Mopac all the way to Anderson Mill Rd. The original Milwood homes were built starting in the late ’70’s. Newer sections opened in the mid ’80’s and continued to be built until the end of the century.
